多摩美で小龍包プロジェクトのミーティングをしてきました。
今日は
前回の実験で得た結果から
共有の段階でストーリーボード
発想の段階でカード
を用いるということを決めたので、それを使って今日はアイディア発想をしました。
【実験内容】
日程：7/6
場所：多摩美
フィールドワーク所要時間：4時間
共有所要時間：3時間
参加者：非参加者2〜3名
目的：カード及びストーリーボードを用いた共有から発想までの分析
使用するもの： イメージカード、ストーリーボード、地図、模造紙
テーマ：小龍包屋の15:00〜17:00の集客率のアップ
【プロセス】
1.非参加者がストーリーボードを記憶から並べていく
今回は観察した人が出席できなかったので、行ってない人でストーリーを思い出しながら写真を並べました。
2.タイムラインと個々のストーリーを差別化する。
以前のストーリーボードの実験で、タイムラインとストーリー部分の差別化をもっと分かるようにした方がいいということが分かったので、今回はマスキングテープで差別化しました。
上部がタイムライン（横軸）
下部がそのタイムラインの中にあるストーリー（縦軸）
そしてストーリーのそばに前回作った地図を置く。
ディスカッション用の模造紙と前回使った模造紙を壁に貼付けて、準備完了（これで結構時間がかかるので、やる時はプロジェクトルームでずっと貼りっぱなしがいいです）
3.観察の流れをつかむ
今回は数回やっていたので、ここは軽くやって
4.地図やストーリーボードを使って、色々な切り口からのアイディア展開をする。
大体流れをつかんだら、アイディア発想へ移りました。
とりあえず何でも書きまくる。
カードを用いて、自分のアイディアの説明を他人にします。
「小龍包が店から川へ流れてきて、子供がキャッチしてベンチで食べるんだよ」とか...
地図も用います。
「ここのテラスから川へ、小龍包が...」とか
壁の写真も用います。
この3種類を使う事で、観察結果の共有だけでなく、お互いのアイディアの共有もスムーズに行う事ができました。
5.出たアイディアを1つずつA3紙にまとめる。
前回先生から、色々な切り口からアイディアを出した方がいいとのことだったので
とりあえず沢山出してみました。
アイディアスケッチの際も写真を確認しながらやることで、リアリティが増したり、イメージもしやすくなります。

【ふりかえり】
・アイディアの説明や、ディスカッション時は壁のストーリーボードや地図を使って共有していた。この事でお互いに理解しやすかった。
・アイディアスケッチにカードを貼る事で、現実味が出る
（このテラスでスナックを売って、このベンチで食べるんだよ、とか...）
・カードの面白い使い方がもっとありそう。
前回は・・・マッピングとしてカードを使用
今回は・・・アイディアと一緒に選ぶことで使用
・カードをアイディアと照らし合わせて考えられる。
アイディアを1つ出して、そこに3つの場所の写真があります。
このアイディアはどの環境で使うのがベストかをカードを見ながら選んだりできます。
【現段階のKH法流れ】
この実験からKH法の流れに新しく加えてみました。
新しく書いたところがブルーの字です。
観察はやはり撮影者がいた方がいいということで2名。
共有フェーズではストーリーボードや地図を使って。
発見フェーズではカードを使います。
一旦KH法の共有、発想部分をこれで決定し、今後また試す場があると思うので
そこで微調整していきたいと思っています。

今年の卒業生と雑談。
実験後は個々の作業をしたりしてます。
これは彼らが3年生の時作った「あそびのデザイン」の作品を量産しているところ。
商品化するそうです。

I had the meeting of Shoronpo project at tamabi last week.
This time we ideated based on the result of previous test that storyboarding is for sharing phase and using photo cards is for ideation phase.

time : 7/6
place : tamabi
required time for field work : 4 hrs
required time for sharing : 3 hrs
participants : 3(including no fieldworker)
purpose : study how to proceed from sharing to ideation using storyboard and photo cards.
theme : Attract more customers of shoronpo cafe at 15:00~17:00
- process
1.People(not field workers) arranged story boards based on their memory that field worker told us before.
Basically,field worker and un-field worker should work together for understanding the situation of the field more than just listening to the story from the field worker.
This time he couldn't be here so we did it on our own,but it was helpful for remembering the memory. its good thing.
2.We made time line and each story separate using masking tape.
So that it could be more recognizable between timeline and storyline even though using same style photos.
Also we put the map made from cards close to storyboards.
3.Learn the field work story
4.Ideate from various viewpoint by using storyboard and map.
We drew anything that could come out from our mouths and sometimes explained own idea using a card,storyboard on the wall and map for making it real.
It made us discuss smoothly through using these 3 ways
5.Write down ideas on A3 papers.
While sketching,checking photos on the wall can make ideas more real and easily imagine.

-Using that 3 ways,it's easy and comfortable to get what they say.
-Putting a card on a sketch makes idea more real and understandable.
-There could be more ways of photo cards.
-You can come up with ideas through the cards.
- new KH method
1.Based on last several tests results,I added new content to KH method which is blue one.
2.2 people are needed for observation because someone should take a picture of field worker for making you think it is not just photos from google,it is real photos field worker took.

By then,I just finish testing KH method but I would have oppotunity to do it sometime so it would improve more little by little.
